供体因素对肝细胞癌肝移植预后的影响 被引量：1

摘要 目前判断肝细胞癌肝移植预后的主要指标集中在评价受者肿瘤特征方面，对于供体可能存在的影响因素研究较少。最近有文献报道在活体肝移植中供体体积相对偏小可能增加肝细胞癌复发风险，但尚未获得认同。我们回顾性分析单中心肝细胞癌肝移植病例资料，以评价全肝移植中与供体相关的因素对肝细胞癌肝移植的影响。
