摘要
分泌型脑膜瘤（secretory meningioma，SM）又称假砂粒体型脑膜瘤，于1986年由Alguacil-Garcia等根据免疫组化研究发现。1993年WHO中枢神经系统肿瘤分类中正式将之列为脑膜瘤的亚型之一。我们于2006年3月至2012年4月手术治疗4例患者，经病理证实为SM，现结合文献报道如下。
