鼻咽癌淋巴结转移诊断标准的研究进展

鼻咽癌淋巴结转移率高。转移淋巴结的影像学诊断标准参照头颈鳞癌的标准并在其基础上做了相应的补充。目前国内外关于鼻咽癌淋巴结转移的研究均较缺乏病理数据。本文就鼻咽癌转移淋巴结的诊断标准及各影像学技术的优势等方面做一综述,并指出临床上对鼻咽癌短径过小淋巴结的检出存在不足。

Nasopharyngeal carcinoma has a high positive rate of lymph node metastasis,the image diagnostic criteria is similar to squamous cell carcinoma in head and neck and be supplemented. The pathological data about lymph node metastasis is rare at home and abroad. This article is a report about nasopharyngeal carcinoma lymph node metastasis diagnostic criteria and the advantage of image means, pointing out shortcomings exist in diagnosing small lymph node.
