基因工程药物治疗白血病的研究进展

Overview of the treatment of leukemia with genetic engineering drugs

目前采用基因工程药物治疗白血病逐渐成为热点。研究表明白血病在获得缓解后用基因工程药物治疗即可提高疗效,又可减轻化疗药物的毒副反应,并可望达到治愈白血病的目的。本文从基因工程抗体、重组人细胞因子和基因工程疫苗三大类基因工程药物对治疗白血病的研究进展做一综述。

Currently,the use of genetic engineering drugs to treat leukemia gradually becomes a hot topic, studies show that leukemia after achieving remission therapy with genetically engineered drugs can improve the efficacy and reduce the toxicity of chemotherapy drugs, and is expected to achieve the purpose of cure leukemia. We reviewed the treatment of leukemia with genetic engineering drugs in the three categories：genetically engineered antibody, recombinant human cytokine and genetically engineered vaccine
