新中国第一枚“国印”考辨

中国国家博物馆藏"中华人民共和国中央人民政府之印",学者通称为新中国第一枚"国印"。长期以来,关于此印的镌铸细则、印文确定、交付镌铸和启用时间、镌刻者等问题,众说纷纭,莫衷一是。本文依据中国国家博物馆有关该印的文物档案,以及中央档案馆的有关记载和其他相关历史资料,结合本馆对此文物的鉴定,回答了上述问题。

The seal of the Central People＇ s Government of the People＇ s Republic of China, now in the National Museum of China, is the first national seal of the People＇ s Republic of China. After studying this seal and museum archives, documents in the Central Archives and related historical data, the author answers questions about its design, inscription, date of casting and carving, date of first official use and name of the producer.
