摘要
椎间盘退行性变是临床的常见病,其病因尚不明确,可引起的一系列疾病如腰椎间盘突出症、颈椎病、椎间盘源性疼痛、椎管狭窄症以及脊柱节段不稳等,是导致腰腿痛和影响患者生活质量的常见原因之一。目前临床上的各种治疗办法或多或少存在着许多难以克服的问题,随着椎间盘髓核细胞组织工程学研究的不断深入,为椎间盘退行性变的治疗带来了新的希望,但其种子细胞的来源和鉴定等方面仍有许多问题亟待解决。
Intervertebral disc degeneration is a common and agnogenic clinical disease. It can lead to a series of symptom,such as protrusion of lumbar intervertebral disc, cervical spondylosis, discogenic pain, spinal stenosis and spinal segmental instability. It can re- sult in the lumbocrural pain and greatly lower the patients' living quality. At present there are still some difficuhies in the clinical treat- ments to be overcome. With the development of the nucleus tissue engineering,appears the new treatment for intervertebral disc degen- eration, but the problem of the source and identification of seed cells still need to be solved.
