A型肉毒毒素联合糖皮质激素治疗良性咬肌肥厚

Treatment of masseter hypertrophy with botulinum toxin type A and glucocorticoids

目的评价A型肉毒毒素联合糖皮质激素治疗良性咬肌肥大的疗效。方法联合应用A型肉毒毒素和曲安奈德对47例（89侧）咬肌肥大求美者进行治疗，每一侧注射A型肉毒毒素剂量为50U、曲安奈德剂量为10～20mg，CT测量治疗前后不同时期求美者的咬肌厚度，记录不良反应和并发症。结果在治疗后不同时期，47例（89侧）求美者的咬肌治疗区厚度均较治疗前减小（P〈0．001），效果满意；47例均无严重并发症发生。结论A型肉毒毒素联合糖皮质激素治疗咬肌肥大是一种安全有效的治疗方法，远期疗效尚需进一步观察。

Objective To investigate the clinical therapeutic effect of botulinum toxin type A and glu- cocorticoide on benign masseter hypertrophy. Methods Forty-seven cases （89 sides）with masseter hypertro- phy were treated by the botulinum toxin type with 50 U per side and triamcinolone with 10 to 20 mg per side, the masseter thickness measured by CT and complications and adverse reactions were recorded at different time after injection. Results Compared with preoperative masseter thickness before injection, they was reduced sig- nificantly at different time after injection （ P〈 O. 001 ）. Totally 47 patients were satisfied with few complica- tions. Conclusion Botulinum toxin type A and glucocorticoids injection is a safety, effective method for mas- seter hypertrophy. Prostecdtive efficacy should take a further observation.
