自噬与肿瘤:细胞的自我保护机制 被引量:7

Role of autophagy in cancer: a cell-self protective function

摘要 自噬是一个细胞自我消化的过程,是细胞自我清除受损蛋白和细胞器,降解细胞毒性物质,并为其提供能量的有效方式.是一种单纯应对各种生存压力的细胞自我保护机制。自噬与肿瘤关系非常密切,当前大多国内外文献支持自噬是既抑制肿瘤。又促进肿瘤的双刃剑。本文按肿瘤的发生、发展、治疗和预后的顺序,从细胞学角度对自噬的功能综述如下。
