臭氧+射频热凝消融联合小针刀治疗腰椎间盘突出症80例

Clinical Observation of Ozone Combined with Radiofrequency Thermocoagulation and Small Knife Needle in Treatment of 80 Cases of Lumbar Disc Herniation

目的:观察中西医结合治疗腰椎间盘突出症的疗效。方法:使用臭氧+射频热凝消融突出椎间盘髓核并联合小针刀等中西医结合方法治疗80例腰椎间盘突出症患者,观察治疗效果。结果:2012年7月底进行末次随访,随访率100%。总有效率为91.25%。结论:中西医结合治疗腰椎间盘突出症疗效可靠、安全。

Objectives：To investigate the curative effect of western combined with traditional Chinese medicine in treatment of lumbar disc herniation. Methods： 80 patients with lumbar disc herniation were treated with ozone combined with radiofre- quency thermocoagulation and small knife needle. The therapeutic effect was observed after the treatment. Results：The last follow-up check was carried out in July of 2012. The follow-up rate was 100%. The total effective rate was 91.25%. Con- clusions：The integrative medicine protocols is safe and reliable in treatment of lumbar disc herniation.
