摘要
目的:探讨外固定架及锁定加压钢板治疗老年桡骨远端骨折的治疗效果。方法:将58例患者按AO/ASIF分型,随机分为两组,分别给予外固定架及锁定加压钢板治疗,其中外固定架组(EF组)26例,锁定加压钢板组(LCP组)P32例。结果:58例患者全部随访,时间9～18个月,平均13.5个月。总优良率:EF组为61.54%,LCP组为81.25%.其中C3组中,EF组为57.14%,LCP组为62.5%.结论:LCP组对比EF组治疗老年桡骨远端骨折而言,有很多的优势,但对于C3型老年桡骨远端骨折,则优势不明显。
Objective：To explore the therapeutic effect of external fixator （EF） and locking compression plate （LCP） for treating articular distal radius fractures in elderly. Methods： All 58 patients were randomly divided into EF group （26 cases） and LCP group （32 cases） according to the AO/ASIF classification. Results：They were all followed up for 9 to 18 months, with an average of 13.5 months. The total excellent rates were 61. 54% and 81.25% in EF group and LCP group respec- tively. In the type of C3, the excellent rates were 57.14% and 62.5% in EF group and LCP group respectively. Conclu- sion：The LCP for treating distal radius fractures in elderly is superior to EF, but for but for the type C3, the advantage is not obvious.
