摘要
目的:探讨经皮穿刺椎体成形术(PVP)在椎体转移瘤诊断及治疗中的应用价值。方法:对18例脊柱转移瘤患者以PVP术进行活检,通过疼痛调查表比较手术前后得分,并定期随访观察疗效及并发症。结果:所有患者均获得随访,时间为6到18个月,术后VAS评分明显较手术前降低。结论:PVP是明确椎体转移瘤来源及性质的好方法,能明显改善生存质量。
Objective： To investigate the value of percutaneous vertebroplasty （PVP） for the diagnosis and treatment of spinal metastatic tumor. Methods： By conducting biopsy on 18 patients with spinal metastatic tumor, we compared the VAS score pre- and postoperatively and regularly followed up to determine the efficacy and complications. Results： After a follow-up for 6 to 18 months, a significantly reduced VAS score was noted postoperatively in all cases. Conclusion： PVP is preferable for the diagnosis and treatment of spinal metastatic tumor and may markedly improve patient＇s quality of life.
