飞秒激光在角膜屈光手术中的应用 被引量:1

摘要 飞秒激光是一种脉冲激光,持续时间非常短,1飞秒=10^-15s.是人类目前在实验条件下所能获得的最短脉冲。它能聚焦到比头发直径还要小的空间区域,用来进行微精细加工。用飞秒激光进行切割,几乎没有热传递。飞秒激光因能提供精确的基质内削减而被广泛地应用于角膜屈光手术中,既能减少组织损伤。又能降低手术并发症发生的风险,是角膜屈光手术的一大进步。
