颈椎间盘突出致脊髓半切综合征的治疗 被引量：7

摘要 损伤脊髓导致损伤平面以下同侧出现痉挛性瘫痪，运动、位置和振动觉障碍；对侧则出现损伤平面以下痛、温觉丧失，该类临床表现定义为脊髓半切综合征（Brown—Sequard syndrome，BSS），
