摘要
采用铁曝气还原 中和絮凝沉淀 生物接触氧化 混凝沉淀的组合工艺 ,能经济有效地处理酯化废水 ,最终出水达到CODCr≤ 150mg/L的国家排放标准。
Esterification process wastewater is discharged from saccharin product ion is featured with its complicated contents, low pH, high colority, COD_ Cr , BOD_5 and salinity, and major organic pollutants being aromatic co mpound. So this wastewater is very difficult to treat. In this paper, the treatment process of Esterification wastewater has been systematically studied. The result of this research indicates that the ferrite reduction-neutralization-precipitation pre-treatment, combined with bio-contact oxidati on process and coagulation-precipitation post-treatment is effective for this wastewater, and the final effluent with COD_ Cr level under 150 mg/L can mee t the requirement of national discharge standard.
