脂联素水平、体重指数及脂质代谢紊乱与乳腺癌的发生相关性 被引量:5

摘要 目的研究血清脂联素水平,体重指数及脂质代谢紊乱等与绝经后女性乳腺癌的发生、发展的相关性。方法测定82例乳腺癌患者、65乳腺良性病变者及60例正常对照者血清脂联素、体重指数(BMI)、甘油三脂(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、载脂蛋白A1(APOA1)、载脂蛋白B(APOB)水平,探讨其与乳腺癌的关系。结果乳腺癌组BMI、TG显著高于正常对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),脂联素、HDL-C均低于正常对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。有淋巴结转移的乳腺癌患者脂联素水平与无淋巴结转移患者间差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。Logistic回归模型对脂联素水平、BMI、血脂与乳腺癌发生的危险性进行分析,结果显示:脂联素、BMI、HDL-C、TG与乳腺癌的发生有一定的相关性。结论 BMI增大、TG水平增高可能是乳腺癌发生的危险因素,血清脂联素及HDL-C水平升高可能对乳腺癌发生是保护因素。 Objective To investigate the correlation of serum adiponectin,body mass index and lipid metabolic disor- der and breast cance. Methods Blood samples were collected from 82 patients with breast cancer, 65 patients with breast benign disease and 60 healthy controls selected from Tianjin Hongqiao Hospital. Serum adiponectin, TG, TC, HDL-C, LDL-C, APOA1, APOB level were determined, and body mass index(BMI)measured and calculated, to explore its relationship with breast cancer. Results The BMI and the TG concentration in breast cancer group were significant- ly higher,but the serum levels of adiponectin and HDL C were significantly lower than in the groups of breast benign disease and healthy control(P〈0.01, respectively). The serum levels of adiponectin was significantly different between patients with and without lymph node metastasis(P〈0.01). Logistic regression analyses observed a statistically signifi- cant association Between the serum levels of adiponectin,TG, HDL-C and BMI and breast cancer. Conclusion Greater BMI ,the increased TG level may be the risk factors of breast cancer incidence, the increased serum adiponectin and HDL-C levels maybe the protective factor of breast cancer
