3.0T MR clinical application of 3D-TOF-MRA on head and neck

摘要 目的评价3.0T磁共振成像MR三维时间飞跃法(3D-TOF-MRA)显示头颈部血管情况,探讨3D-TOF-MRA在头颈部血管病变的临床应用价值。方法对头颈部血管病变的30例病人进行3D-TOF-MRA检查,扫描范围自颅顶至主动脉弓。通过图像重建获得满意的头颈部三维动脉血管像。结果对临床头颈部血管疾病的患者30例行3D-TOMRA,对其图像质量和血管显示情况进行分析,所有图像均能满足诊断要求。结论 3D-TOF-MRA是可靠的快速的无创血管成像方法,在评估颈部血管、近端颅内血管方面,与DSA相比,具有良好的一致性。 Objective To evaluate3 D-TOF-MRA show blood vessels of head and neck and discuss the value of clini- cal application of 3D-TOF-MRA on vascular disease of head and neck. Methods Thirty patients suspected of having blood vessel diseases underwent 31~TOF-MRA,The satisfying 3D arterial image of head and neck in any position or ar- bitrary angle was obtained through 3D MIP resconstretion of the subtraction images and intergration of anteropisterior images,and evaluate the image quality and classify the degree of hemal stricture. Results 3INTOF-MRA were per- formed in 30 patients with suspected vascular disease of head and neck. The image quality and displaying of vessels were evaluated,all the images can satisfy the diagnosis requirements. Conclusion 3D-TOF-MRA is reliable and rapid method of the image of noninvasive blood vessels. Compared with DSA, there is a good consistency in the evaluation of the neck and proximal, intracranial vascular.
