Clusterin在急性肾损伤诊断中的意义 被引量:6

摘要 急性肾损伤在临床非常常见,其发病率和死亡率都很高,所以选择合适的生物标志物对早期肾损伤进行检测有着非常重要的意义。目前急性肾损伤中最常用的生物标志物仍为血肌酐(SCr)、尿素氮(BUN),近年来一些新的生物标志物陆续被应用,如中性粒细胞相关载脂蛋白(NGAL)、胱抑素C(cystatin C)、肾脏损伤分子1(KIM-1)、白细胞介素18(IL-18)等,各有优缺点。本文介绍了一种新的肾损伤检测标志物丛集素(Clusterin),主要介绍丛集素在检测急性肾损伤中所表现出来的敏感、快速与准确的特性。
