摘要
BC法是生物处理 (高负荷活性污泥 )与化学处理 (絮凝和除磷 )相结合的污水处理工艺 ,其最显著特点是流程中投加化学絮凝剂 (三氯化铁 ) ,其余则与普通活性污泥法类似。生产性试验 ( 2× 1 0 4m3/d)证明 ,BC法具有曝气时间短、投药量少、处理效果好、活性污泥沉降性能好、泥龄短、除磷等特点 ,特别适用于我国南方低浓度城市污水。BC法具有比普通曝气法更优越的技术经济性能 ,系统中的铁循环可显著减少化学药剂的投加量。
BC process is a wastewater treatment process combined biological treatment (high rate activated sludge) with chemical treatment (chemical flocculation and phosphorous removal). The marked feature of this process is the addition of chemical flocculant (ferric chloride) and the rest is similar to the conventional activated sludge process. A full-scale test (2×10 4 m 3/d) verified that BC process has the characteristics of short aeration time and sludge age, low chemical dosage, high treatment efficiency, well settlement of activated sludge. It operates well especially for the low concentration municipal wastewater of the southern cities in China. The technical and economical performance of BC process was better than that of conventional process. The circulation of iron salt could reduce chemical dosage.
