摘要
以乙酸锌、钛酸四正丁酯及活性炭(AC)为原料,采用溶胶-凝胶法制备了一系列ZnO-TiO2/AC复合光催化剂.用X射线粉末衍射(XRD)和扫描电子显微镜(SEM)对复合光催化剂的表面形貌、晶形等进行了表征,紫外光照下研究了样品对甲基橙溶液的降解行为,考查了其光催化活性,研究了ZnO和AC的掺杂量及不同焙烧温度对样品光催化活性的影响.结果表明,400℃为最佳焙烧温度,ZnO和AC的最佳掺杂量为ZnO(9.52%)-TiO2/AC(40%),紫外光照射下复合光催化剂对甲基橙溶液的降解率在3h内可达87%.
A series of ZnO-TiO2/AC composite photocatalysts are synthesized by acid-catalyzed sol-gel process using zinc acetate,tetra-n-butyl titanate and activated carbon as raw materials.The structure and morphology are characterized by using scanning electron microscopy(SEM)and X-ray powder diffraction(XRD).Effects of doping amounts of ZnO and activated carbon and calcination temperature on photocatalytic properties of the catalysts are also studied.The results show that ZnO and TiO2 with anatase form are uniformly dispersed on the surface of AC without aggregation after treated at 400 ℃.The composite photocatalyst ZnO(9.52%)-TiO2/AC(40%)showes a high catalytic activity for the degradation reaction of methyl orange aqueous solution and the degradation efficiency reaches 87% after UV light irradiation for 3 h.
