摘要
以单芽茎段为材料,对扁桃砧木品种Nemaguard进行微繁研究.结果表明,正交试验确定了Nemaguard的最优增殖培养基组合为MS+2.5mg.L-1 6-BA+0.25mg.L-1 IAA,在该增殖培养基上试管苗丛生芽的增殖和生长达到最佳的状态,增殖倍数达到4.15倍;以MS+2.0mg.L-1 6-BA+0.2mg.L-1 IAA+0.2mg.L-1 GA3作为壮苗培养基,有效新梢率为46.2%;多因素筛选试验确定了以1/2MS+0.5mg.L-1 IBA作为生根培养基诱导生根,生根率高达51.6%.
Using stem with single bud of Nemaguard as explants,high-quality rootstocks of Amygalus Communis are studied on micropropagation.The results show that the best multiplication medium is MS+2.5 mg·L-1 6-BA+0.25 mg·L-1 IAA,the shoots can grow healthily and proliferate rapidly,with multiple times 4.15.The medium MS+2.0 mg·L-1 6-BA+0.2 mg·L-1 IAA+0.2 mg·L-1 GA3 is suitable for strengthen plantlets and the high percentage of available shoots reach to 46.2%.The rooting medium is 1/2MS+IBA 0.5 mg·L-1,which is selected by muti-factor screening experiment and the rooting rate is more than 51.6%.
