甘肃省城镇化水平区域差异实证研究——基于泰尔指数的测度

Empirical research on regional differences of urbanization level in Gansu Province——Measurement based on the Theil index

运用泰尔指数测度2000—2009年甘肃省河东和河西两大区域间及区域内部城镇化水平的差异度,分析其发展趋势.结果表明,两大区域间的差异最为明显,构成总差异的主要部分;其次是河西地区内部差异;河东地区内部差异最小;总差异、区域内部及区域之间的差异都在缩小.较为明显的自然地理和产业结构差异是形成城镇化水平区域差异的主要原因,全省城镇化过程正趋向于均衡发展,须构建并完善城镇化发展体系,坚持走"城镇+农村、城镇化+新型工业化"的发展之路,通过结合均衡和非均衡发展战略,最终实现区域协调和可持续发展.

The theil index is used to measure the level of urbanization in Hedong and Hexi area of Gansu Province in the years 2000—2009 and intra-regional differences.The results showed that：the differences between the two regions is the most obvious,constituting the main part of the total variance and followed by the Hexi region internal differences,then Hedong area internal differences is minimum;and the total differences and differences between intra-regional and regional differences are narrowing.The main reason for the formation of regional differences in urbanization is the more obvious physical geography and industrial structure differences,and the urbanization process in the province tends to balanced developing and should focus on building and improving the urban development system,adhering to the road of sustainable development and regional coordination of＂urban＋rural,urbanization＋new industrialization＂,and ultimately achieve regional coordination and sustainable development through the combination of balanced and unbalanced development strategy.
