摘要
高炉鼓风机是高炉炼铁过程中最重要的动力设备,它不但直接提供高炉冶炼所需的氧气,而且提供克服高炉料柱阻力所需的气体动力。高风温是现代高炉的主要技术特征。提高风温是增加喷煤量、降低焦比、降低生产成本的主要技术措施。为了提高产量及高炉的利用系数,需要对送风制度进行更好的优化。因此要求驱动高炉鼓风机的电动机满足调速范围大,且响应速度快,显然通过传统的风门调节是无法实现上述要求的。随着高压变频技术的发展,特别是国产高压变频器的研发设计水平的提高和制造技术的成熟,采用变频调速优化高炉鼓风机的送风制度就成为了可能。
Increasing the air temperature is the main technical measures of increasing coal injection amount, reducing coke rate and the production cost. In order to improve the production and the utilization coefficient of blast furnace, it's necessary to optimize the air distribution system. So the blast furnace blower driven motor should satisfy the large range of speed regulation, and fast response, obviously it's cannot be realized the above requirements by traditional throttle adjustment . With the development of high voltage frequency conversion technology, especially the improvement of the research and development of domestic high voltage inverter and the evolution of manufacturing technology, the air supply system using frequency control of motor speed optimizing blast furnace blower has become a possibility.
