术前三维CT测量个体化颈椎椎弓根置钉的应用研究 被引量:5

摘要 目的研究术前三维CT测量个体化颈椎椎弓根钉置钉的临床应用。方法对19例患者行颈椎椎弓根钉内固定,共置入椎弓根钉102枚,均采用术前三维CT测量术中个体化置钉。结果 93枚为A级(91.17%),6枚螺钉穿破椎弓根内侧皮质小于1mm(B级),2枚螺钉穿破椎弓根外侧皮质小于2mm大于1mm(C级),1枚螺钉穿破椎弓根外侧皮质大于2mm(D级)。无螺钉相关的血管、神经并发症。结论通过术前三维CT测量的个体化数据来选择颈椎椎弓根置钉可以更精确,更安全,减少手术并发症。
