依达拉奉在缺血性卒中急性期早期应用的疗效观察 被引量:5

摘要 缺血性卒中因病死率和致残率极高,严重威胁着人类的健康。而脑缺血性损伤的主要机制之一是自由基损伤。依达拉奉是一种自由基清除剂,具有独特的清除自由基、抑制脂质过氧化和减轻缺血再灌注损伤的作用,可以抑制脑细胞的过氧化作用及延迟神经细胞死亡,并且可以减轻脑缺血和脑缺血引起的脑水肿及组织损伤[1],我院在抗血小板聚集的基础上联合应用依达拉奉,报告如下。
