目的检测Cyclin D1和Her-2/neu在胰腺癌(PC)中基因表达情况,探讨Cyclin D1和Her-2/neu与PC临床生物学行为的关系及两者之间的相互关系。方法收集50例原发性胰腺癌组织标本和36例癌旁组织,检测胰腺癌及癌旁胰腺组织中Cyclin D1和Her-2/neu的表达;分析Cyclin D1和Her-2/neu表达与胰腺癌病理参数的关系,并进一步对二者之间的相关性进行研究。结果 Cyclin D1和Her-2/neu在胰腺癌组织中出现较高表达;Cyclin D1的表达与PC的病理组织分级、增殖活性、肿瘤转移和临床分期关系密切,与年龄、性别、发病部位、生存时间无关(P>0.05);Her-2/neu的表达与PC的病理组织分级、肿瘤转移、临床分期和1年期生存率关系密切(P<0.05),与PC患者的年龄、性别、发病部位、肿瘤增殖活性无关(P>0.05);Cyclin D1和Her-2/neu在胰腺癌中的表达呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论 Cyclin D1和Her-2/neu在胰腺癌中的表达呈正相关关系,联合检测二者的表达对PC的诊断、治疗和预后有一定的意义。

Objective To investigate the expression of Cyclin D1 and Her-2/neu in pancreatic carcinoma （PC） and to explore the relationship between the expression of cyclin Dl and Her-2/neu and clinical biological behavior of PC. Methods The expression levels of Cyclin Dland Her-2/neu were detected in 50 cases of primary PC tissue specimens and 36 cases of carcinoma adjacent tissue specimens. The correlation between the expression of Cyclin D1 or Her-2/neu and pathological parameters of PC was analyzed, and the relationship between the expressions of Cyclin D1 or Her-2/neu and patient＇ s prognosis was analyzed. Results Cyclin D1 and Her-2/neu was highly expressed in PC tissues; the expression of Cyclin D1 was closely related to the histological grade, proliferative activity, tumor metastasis and clinical staging of PC, however, which was not related to patient＇s age, gender, survival time and anatomical position of PC （ P 〉 0.05 ）. The expression of Her-2/neu was closely correlated with histological grade ,tumor metastasis ,clinical staging and 1-year survival rate （ P 〈 0.05 ）, however, which was not correlated with patient＇ s age, gender, anatomical site and tumor proliferative activity of PC （ P 〉 0.05 ）. The expression of Cyclin D1 was positively correlated with that of Her-2/neu in PC. Conclusion The expression of Cyclin D1 is positively correlated with that of Her-2/neu in PC, and combined detection of the expression of Cyclin D1 and Her-2/neu plays a certain role in the diagnosis,treatment and prognosis evaluation for PC.
