窑尾布袋收尘器的工作特性研究

An investigation into the performance of the fabric filter installed behind the kiln system

针对东风建材厂预热预分解窑的窑尾大布袋收尘器存在收尘效率低的问题，进行了现场标定、理论计算与调研，分析该收尘器不能有效运行的问题所在，提出了布袋收尘器的技术改造方案，为窑尾大布袋收尘器的技术改造和生产调试提供技术依据，保证窑系统正常运行，提高窑的水泥熟料的产量和质量。

： For the purpose of tackling the problems of a preheating ＆ precalcing kiln of its relatively low dust collection efficiency of the emission control fabric filter in Dongfeng Building Materials Planta series of field measurement was carried out．The theoretical calculation and investigation revealed the main cause of the problems and a retrofit scheme of the fabric filter is recommended．Technical measures for the improvement of the kiln production are provided to guarantee the proper operation of the kiln system and the increase of clinker yields and quality．
