摘要
雌激素是一种由雌激素受体基因表达的重要的类固醇激素,它的生物学效应与心血管系统功能密切相关,其多态性的变异也会影响到一些心血管系统疾病的产生和发展。现主要介绍雌激素舒张血管、改善血脂和蛋白以及抑制血小板聚集等与心血管系统相关的功能,并总结ER基因多态性与冠状动脉疾病、高血压以及心肌梗死等心血管系统疾病的相关性。
Estrogen is an important steroid hormone expressed by estrogen receptor gene, its biological effect is closely related to the function of cardiovascular system, and its polymorphisms will also affect the occurrence and development of cardiovascular diseases. Here is mainly to talk about several functions of estrogen which are related to cardiovascular system, including vasodilation, regulation of blood fat and protein and inhibition of platelet aggregation. The relationship between estrogen receptor gene and some cardiovascular diseases like coronary artery disease, hvoertension and myocardial infarction will also be summarized.
