布地奈德联合氨茶碱治疗稳定期慢性阻塞性肺疾病的疗效观察

Observation on the Efficacy of Budesonide Combined with Aminophylline for the Treatment of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease in Stationary Phase

目的探讨布地奈德联合氨茶碱治疗稳定期慢性阻塞性肺疾病的临床效果。方法选择2009年6月至2011年6月由惠东县人民医院收治的慢性阻塞性肺疾病稳定期患者80例,采用随机数字表法随机分为观察组和对照组,各40例。观察组患者给予布地奈德吸入,同时给予氨茶碱口服,连续治疗3个月。对照组给予布地奈德吸入,连续治疗3个月;两组患者吸入布地奈德后用清水漱口,测定两组治疗前后肺功能,对呼吸困难症状进行评分,记录急性加重发生情况。结果观察组和对照组治疗后的第一秒用力呼气容积、用力肺活量比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组和对照组治疗后的呼吸困难症状评分比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组治疗期间的急性加重发生率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论布地奈德联合氨茶碱治疗稳定期慢性阻塞性肺疾病疗效显著,能够显著提高患者肺功能,降低急性加重发生率,值得借鉴。

Objective To discuss the clinical effect of budesonide combined with aminophylline for the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease in stationary phase. Methods 80 cases with chronic ob- structive pulmonary disease in stationary phase admitted by People＇s Hospital of Huidong County from Jun. 2009 to Jun. 2011 were randomly （ random-number table ） divided into observation group and control group,40 cases in each group. The observation group was treated with inhalation of budesonide and orally taken aminophylline at the same time for 3 consecutive months, while the control group was only given inhalation of budesonide. Both groups were given pure water to rinse the mouth after inhalation of budesonide. The pulmonary function before and after treatment were determined, the symptom of dyspnea was scored, and the exacer- bation was recorded. Results The difference of FEV1 and FVC in two groups after treatment had statistical significance（ P 〈0.05 ） ; the difference of dyspnea symptom scores in two groups after treatment had statistical significance （P 〈0.05 ） ; the difference of the incidence of acute exacerbation in two groups had statistical significance （P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion The combination of budesonide and aminophylline for the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease in stationary phase has obvious effect. It can significantly improve the patients＇ lung function and reduce the incidence of acute exacerbation ,which is worth learning.
