运动康复疗法对社区颈椎病患者的效果分析

Efficacy Analysis on the Exercise Rehabilitation to the Community Patients with Cervical Vertebra Disease

目的分析并评价运动康复疗法对社区范围内颈椎病患者的疗效。方法选取2011年11月至2012年6月深圳市南山区桃源社区1890名居民实施社区慢性病的入户调查,共有131例颈椎病患者自愿接受运动康复干预治疗。结果 131例颈椎病患者经运动干预后,其总有效率为93.9%(123/131)。颈型与神经根型颈椎病患者的总有效率均显著高于交感神经型、椎动脉型以及混合型颈椎病患者(均P<0.01)。结论在社区内对颈椎病患者开展局部颈部功能操以及全身性拳操运动可以有效治疗颈椎病,提倡临床推广应用。

Objective To analyze and evaluate the efficacy of exercise rehabilitation therapy on patients with cervical spondylosis of the community. Methods During Nov. 2011 to Jun. 2012 from the Shenzhen city Nanshan District Taoyuan Community, 1890 residents were selected to take the chronic disease survey, a total of 131 cases with cervical spondylosis were willing to take the exercise rehabilitation intervention therapy. Results 131 cases of cervical spondylosis patients after exercise intervention,the cure and marked effectiveness rate were 71% ,the total effectiveness was 93.9% （ 123/131 ）, The total effectiveness rate of neck type and nerve root type cervical spondylosis was significantly higher than that of the sympathetic nerve type,vertebral artery type and mixed type cervical spondylosis patients （ all P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusion The development of localized neck functional exercises and systemic boxing exercise in the community can effectively treat cervical spondylosis,which is to be applied and popularized.
