摘要
我国各级政府部门虽然建立了应急管理体系,但危机传播与风险沟通的意识和策略仍有缺失。社会化媒体以其快速发布、即时共享、用户制造内容、高可介入性及公共对话性质,对政府应急处理、危机传播和风险沟通带来机遇和挑战。政府部门应将社会化媒体有效纳入应急管理和危机传播与风险沟通体系,充分发挥社会化媒体的传播潜能,以更好地维护公共利益。
With establishment of emergency response management systems on levels of public section, there are still lack of governmental crisis and risk communication strategies and skills. Social media, with its growing popularity and some special communication characteristics, such as fast speed of transmitting and instantaneous sharing of information, the reliance on user-generated content, the focus on dialogue and easy to access, may bring opportunities and challenges for governmental crisis and risk communication.
