摘要
教育能够影响人们的社会性别角色建构,但能否有助于人们形成公平的社会性别角色态度和行为,已有研究观点不一。本实证研究结果表明,受教育程度显著影响人们的社会性别角色态度,但对社会性别角色行为意向无显著影响。不过,受教育程度可以调节社会性别角色态度和行为之间的关系,受教育程度越高,社会性别角色态度与行为意向之间的关系越强。
Previous studies show that education could affect the social construction of gender role, but they did not agree on whether education would help people develop fair attitude and behav- ior about social gender role. This study reveals that one' s education level has significant effects on its social gender role attitude but no significant effects on behavior intention. However, one' s education level can moderate the relationship between social gender role attitude and behavioral inten- tion. Specifically, the higher level of education one has, and his/her attitude of social gender role has stronger effect on behavioral intention.
