摘要
随着科学技术的发展,企业传统绩效评估体系已不能适应当前竞争环境,建立科学的绩效评估体系已成为现代企业经营管理的重要问题之一。平衡计分卡作为一种新的有效绩效评估工具,已在国外的许多大企业中广泛应用,目前正在被越来越多的中国企业成功导入。本文结合中国广电行业的现状,以南京广播电视集团为案例,将平衡计分卡应用到广电行业的绩效评估体系中,并对实践中如何设计运用绩效评估指标体系及相关问题进行了深入探讨。
With the development of science and technology, the traditional enterprise pertormance evaluation system has been unable to meet the current competitive environment, to establish a scientific performance evaluation system has become one of the important issues of modem enterprise management. As a new effective performance assessment tool, the Balanced Scorecard has been ap- plied widely in many great companies in foreign countries, now Chinese enterprises have successfully imported this system. In combination with the present situation of Chinese Radio and TV industry, this paper takes Nanjing Radio&Television Group as a case, applies the BSC to the radio&television industry in the performance appraisal system, and discusses the practice how to design the index sys- tem of performance evaluation and related issues.
