Leakage Treatment for a Building Basement Combined with Grouting and Plastering

某住宅楼地下室外墙柔性防水层设计采用聚乙烯丙纶防水卷材,底板无柔性防水设计,出现渗漏后,治理时采用了注浆和抹面相结合的工艺,即:地下室底板浇筑混凝土刚性防水层,地下室垫层、外墙灌注聚氨酯灌浆材料,地下室内刮涂ER防水防腐胶泥,取得了预期效果。

Polyethylene-polypropylene waterproofing membrane is used in the waterproofing design of the external walls of basements of a residential building, nevertheless there is no flexible waterproofing layer on the bottom plates. After the leakage appeared, grouting and plastering are used for the treatment. Waterproofing concrete is applied on the bottom plates. Polyurethane grouting material is used for the cushion course and external walls of the basement. ER waterproofing anticorrosion mortar is plastered on internal wails of the basement. All these measures get their expected results.
