Micro-lecture is important learning resources of online learning or mobile learning in Micro-era. This paper made a pectination to the basic concept of micro-lecture, clearly explored its connotation and characteristics, put forward the design thought and design templates of micro-lecture, elaborated on the production methods of micro-lecture, and drew up a evaluation index system of micro-lecture.
