对我院用药咨询工作的分析与体会

Analysis and experience on drug counseling service in our hospital

目的:了解本院药物咨询情况,解决患者在用药中遇到的问题,促进合理用药。方法:对本院2009—2011年450例药物咨询记录进行统计分析。结果:药物咨询主要内容为用法用量(39.1%),药物不良反应(20.9%),药物相互作用(14.4%)和特殊人群用药(12.9%)。结论:临床开展药物咨询工作,可提高临床治疗效果。

Objective： To find and solve the problems encountered during our medication consultation, and promote rational us- age of medicines. Methods： 450 cases of drug counseling records in our hospital from 2009 to 2011 were collected, and analyzed statistically. Results ： Enquiries for the size of doses and use methods accounted for 39.1% of the cases, for adverse drug reactions 20.9% , for drug interactions 14.4% , and for use of drug in special populations 12.9%. Conclusion： It is necessary to perform drug consultation to improve the quality of pharmacotherapy.
