摘要
针对光伏发电的间歇性和随机性的特点,构建了含光伏电站的电力系统安全经济调度模型。该模型利用α-超分位数理论度量在光伏发电并网后系统的不确定性风险,构造了风险函数约束,并采用蒙特卡罗模拟解析法进行计算,得到了不同α值及其风险下的电网安全经济最优调度结果。该模型可将线路安全性与光伏发电随机性联系起来,提高了系统运行的安全性和经济性的效果。计算结果验证了该方法的合理性和优越性。
In light with the intermittent and random characteristics of photovoltaic power generation, in this paper α-super-quintile theory is adopted to build the safe and economical dispatching model of a power grid containing photovoltaic power. This model uses α-super-quintile theory metric to measure the uncertainty risk of the system with photovoltaic power connected and to construct hazard function constraints and uses Monte Carlo simulation analytical method to obtain different α values as well as the optimal dispatching result for the safe and economical operation of the power grid under risk. The calculation result verifies rationality and superiority of this method.
