摘要
P2P技术的广泛应用在给人们生活带来诸多便利的同时,也给著作权保护带来了巨大冲击。面对其所引发的著作权侵权问题,有必要完善现行法律制度,健全保护对策,平衡各方主体的利益,促进网络科学技术的健康发展。
The P2P technology brings a lot of convenience in our life, but it also brings a negative influence on copy- right- protection process. With the copyright problems caused by infringement acts, it is necessary to perfect the current legal system and the protection countermeasures, so as to balance the interests of all parties and promote the healthy development of the network sci - tech.
