摘要
微机控制螺旋钢箍机所加工成型的螺旋型钢箍 ,能够提高建筑物的抗震性能。本文开创性地将微型计算机用于螺旋钢箍机的控制 ,设计了基于单片机的螺旋钢箍机数字控制系统。具有动态显示、语音报警等功能 ,可扩充性强 ,易维护 ,抗干扰性好 ,操作简便 ,该技术为钢箍加工自动化开了先例。
Spiral type steel bar hoop made by spiral steel bar hoop machine controlled by microcomputer can increase the antivibration property of building.The writer inventively uses microcomputer to control spiral steel bar hoop machine and designs a digital control system based on single chip machine for spiral steel bar hoop machine.This system dlisplays dynamically.It has function of language and warning.Expansibility is large.It is easy to maintenance.The anti interference property is good.It is simple to operate.This technique initiates the way for the automation of steel hoop.
