Basic Operation Based on ITK's Mathematical Library Matrix

ITK是一个开放源码、跨平台的图像分析算法研究平台。ITK的数学库VNL能够方便地进行数学计算。国内使用ITK的人较少,文献报道也少。为了促进ITK和VNL在国内医学图像处理领域的应用,介绍了使用VNL进行矩阵运算的基本方法。

ITK is an open-source, cross-platform system that provides developers with an extensive suite of software tools for image analysis. ITK＇ s mathematical Library, VNL, is suitable for mathematical calculations. There are few users of ITK and few papers are reported in China. To promote the use of ITK and VNL in the field of medical image processing in China, this paper introduced the basic matrix operation using VNL.
