摘要
为了实现矿用地磅车辆称重管理的规范化、现代化和智能化等需求,有必要在地磅管理系统中引入车牌识别技术。针对单一特征提取方法识别车牌效果不理想的现状,将信息融合用于车牌字符的识别,实现不同信息源的优势互补。利用互补的信息以降低矿用地磅车牌识别系统的错误率,提高系统的稳定性,对提高出入煤矿地磅车辆的自动化管理都具有现实意义。
In order to achieve the mine weighbridge vehicle weighing management standardization, modernization and intel- ligent, it is necessary to introduce the license plate recognition in Weighbridge management system. The result of license plate recognition with a single feature is unsatisfactory. An information fusion method is proposed to realize the complemen- tary advantages of the different sources of information. The method can reduce the error rate of the mine weighbridge license plate recognition system and improve the stability of the system. It has great practical significance to improve the weigh-bridge vehicle automated management.
