摘要
目的:检测超聚硒植物恩施堇叶碎米荠有机硒含量,为进一步开发利用提供依据。方法:采用环已烷萃取有机硒,将水相中的无机硒与总硒同时测定,计算出有机硒含量。结果:恩施堇叶碎米荠中有机硒含量最低达92%以上,以生长在溪沟边样品中总硒和有机硒含量最高,与该植株喜阴喜水边生长的习性一致,并对深入开发利用方向提出了参考意见。
Aim: To assay the content of organic selenium in Enshi cardamine violifolia - the super - selenium - included plant, and lays foundation for further exploitation and utilization. Method: Adopting cyc|ohexane to extract organic selenium, testing both the content of the inorganic and total selenium, then the content of organic one will be out. Result: Content of organic selenium in Enshi cardamine violifolia reaches up to over 92 percent. Among them, content of total selenium and organic selenium from samples growing in the gulley edge is at the highest, which is just accordance with the sciophilous and hydrophilic habit of this plant. And that serves as a reference for the further exploitation and utilization.
