摘要
提出了一种新的白光数码管封装技术,围绕新封装技术中荧光粉厚度是否能保持相对均匀、稳定。对新封装技术制备样品的性能进行测试,并与传统以环氧树脂为配粉胶的白光数码管进行了比较。分析实验数据表明,采用点胶技术研制的白光数码管,各笔段荧光粉层厚度保持着相对的均匀和稳定,笔段间的发光强度误差较小;在相同的测试环境下,光通量的衰减程度比传统白光数码管要慢,由于硅胶良好的导热性,点胶技术白光数码管对环境的适应性更强。研究表明点胶技术白光数码管作为一种新的封装技术比旧方案更优越。
A new packaging technology is presented to realize white light digital tube. The new packaging technology around in the fluorescent powder thickness can keep relatively uniform, stability. The new packaging technology for sam pie preparation properties are tested, and, is compared with traditional with epoxy resin as adhesive with powder white light digital tube. Analysis of the experimental data show that the dispensing technology research and white light digital tube, the pen period of phosphor layer thickness kept relative uniformity and stability. Pen between section of luminous intensity error is small. In the same test environment, luminous {lux attenuation degree than traditional white light digital tube is slower, because of its good thermal conductivity, adaptability to the environment are stronger. The research shows that dispensing technology white light digital tube is as a new packaging technology more superior to the old scheme.
