摘要 大功率LED应用于LED灯具时,LED芯片温度对LED灯具寿命影响至关重要。由于灯具设计师大多数状况下没有对LED灯具进行热分析,造成LED灯具散热设计不合理,散热效果差,影响LED灯具寿命的同时,增加了成本。阐述利用散热分析软件对LED户外壁灯进行热分析,并利用热传导学理论,结合散热分析软件对LED户外壁灯进行模拟设计,寻求一种理想的LED灯具散热设计方法。 The temperature of high power LED chips is critical to LED luminaire lifetime. Lighting fixture designers have not made thermal analysis for LED luminaires in most cases, which caused irrational heat dissipation design and influenced the LED luminaire lifetime and cost. This article describes how to make heat dissipation analysis for a LED outdoor wall light by utilizing heat dissipation analysis software, and combined with transmission theory to find an ideal way to design heat dissipation for LED lighting fixtures.
