摘要
以合成的壳聚糖/聚(N-异丙基丙烯酰胺)(CS/PNIPAm)微凝胶为整理剂,柠檬酸(CA)为交联剂,次亚磷酸钠(SHP)为催化剂,采用轧烘焙工艺对氨基化改性涤纶进行智能化舒适性整理。扫描电镜(SEM)和电子能谱(XPS)表征微凝胶整理后织物的表面形貌和化学组成变化表明,整理后织物的化学组成中氮元素含量增加,说明微凝胶成功整理到织物上,且形成了一层非均匀排列的微凝胶层;测试不同温度条件下的整理织物的毛效、动态润湿性及水蒸气透过速率(WVTR)显示,整理织物具有温度响应性和智能调节水蒸气透过的作用,有利于提高织物的穿着舒适性。
Intelligent comfort finish is carried out on anminated polyester by pad-dry-cure process with chitosan/poly( N-isoprop- ylacrylamide)(CS/PNIPAm)-based microgels as finishing agent, citric acid(CA} as crosslinker and sodium hypophosphite (SHP} as catalyst. The surface morphology and chemical structure of the finished fabric are characterized by SEM and XPS, which reveals an increase in the content of N element, and CS/PNIPAm-based microgels are successfully anchored in an une- ven film on the surface of the aminated polyester. The results of capillary effect, dynamic wetting properties and water vapor transmission rate (WVTR) show that the finished fabric has temperature-responsibility, moisture management and improved wear-comfort.
