摘要
为改善活性染料的湿摩擦牢度,制备了一种具有较高化学活性的有机硅改性阳离子水性聚氨酯高分子齐聚物;研究了该助剂分子的化学活性及季铵化和活性封端等制备条件对其应用性能的影响。结果表明:适宜的氨基有机硅烷偶联工艺[封端率(13%左右)、季铵化(55~60,30~40 min)及活性封端(50,40min)],可赋予助剂良好的成膜性、亲水性和柔软手感,处理后的中深色纺织品湿摩擦牢度可提升1~1.5级。
To improve the wet rubbing fastness of reactive dyes, the silicone-modified cationic waterbom polyurethane fixation agent having high activity is prepared. Influences of chemical reactivity, quaternary ammonium and end-capping of the auxilia- ries on their application performance are studied. The results show that at the condition of end-capping rate of cationic polyure- thane of 13%, quaternization at 55 ~60 ℃ for 30 ~40 min and end-capping at 50℃ for 40 rain, the fixation agent has excellent film-forming property, hydrophilicity and soft handle, as well as enhanced wet rubbing fastness by 1 -1.5 grade.
