针对粘胶长丝传统绞装染色工艺的不足,采用丝饼染色新技术,包括其染色原理、工艺流程和染色实践。丝饼染色工艺流程短,无需丝饼成绞、蹬绷和络成有边筒子,有利于保证产品质量,降低染色成本和工人劳动强度。

Aiming at the shortcomings during traditional skein dyeing of viscose filament yarn, a new cake dyeing techology is in- troduced, including the dyeing principle, procedures and practical application. Without skeining, pedal stretching and spooling procedures, cake dyeing process is much shortened. It can guarantee product quality and reduce dyeing cost and labor intensity.
