摘要
对高强涤纶吊装带进行抗紫外、拒水拒油和涂料染色同浴加工,筛选了抗紫外整理剂和拒水拒油整理剂,探讨了其用量以及焙烘温度等对整理效果的影响。优化的复合整理工艺为:抗紫外剂SCJ-966 40 g/L,固着剂SCJ-939 60 g/L,拒水拒油整理剂FG-910 60 g/L,渗透剂JFC 2 g/L,涂料50 g/L,催化剂C52 40 g/L,黏合剂AH-101S 60 g/L,焙烘温度和时间为180和6 min。经整理后,高强涤纶吊装带的断裂强力损失率仅为4.6%,具有很好的抗紫外性能,拒水拒油等级分别达到4级和5级,耐湿摩擦色牢度达到4级。
Anti-UV, water- and oil-repellent finish and pigment dyeing are carried out on high-tensile polyester lifting sling in one bath. Anti-UV finishing agent and water- and oil-repellent agent are selected, and the influences of finish dosages and curing temperature on finishing results are discussed. The Optimum process is determined as follows: Anti-UV agent SCJ-966 40 g/L, fixing agent SCJ-939 60 g/L, water- and oil- repellent agent FG-910 60 g/L, penetrating agent JFC 2 g/L, pigment 50 g/L ,cata- lyst G52 40 g/L and adhesive AH-101S 60 g/L, and curing at 180 ℃ for 6 min. The high-tensile polyester lifting sling after multi- functional finish features low strength loss of 4.6%, good UV resistance, water- and oil- repellent property of 4 and 5 grade re- spectively, and color fastness to wet rubbing of 4 grade.
