摘要
采用NF+NF+RO全膜法对电解铜箔废水进行处理,实现了水资源和硫酸铜资源双重回收.实验研究表明:对于电解铜箔漂洗水,在ρ(Cu2+)为200~300 mg/L,ρ(SO42-)为300~450 mg/L,电导率为650~1 200μs/cm时,可浓缩回收铜盐19.18g/L,回用水电导率≤5μs/cm,整个系统的水回收率达到98.75%.
Abstract: Dual recycles of copper sulfate and wastewater by using NF+NF +RO whole membrane process on "treating copper foil wastewater were realized. Experimental result showed that the electrodeposited copper foil wastewater with 200--300 mg/L of Cu and 300--450 mg/L of S()42 ,650 1 200 tas/cm conductivity, was concentrated "to 19.18 g/L of Cu2+ The reuse water's conductivity was reduced to 5 tas/cm, and the recycling rate of wastewater was above 98.75%.
