摘要
基于制动盘不平造成盘式液压制动系统振动的机理分析 ,设计了一套模拟盘式液压制动减振的实验装置。通过该装置的理论分析和试验测试 ,结果表明 ,在盘式液压制动系统中接入一个减振器 ,可以在很宽的频带范围内 ,有效地减少流体的压力脉动 ,从而压抑由于制动盘不平制动所造成的振动 ;
Based on the mechanism analysis of the vibration in disc hydraulic brake system induced by brake roughness,the laboratory experimental setup simulating the vibration reduction to disc hydraulic brake system was designed.The theoretical analysis and test measurement using this experimental setup show that the fluid pressure fluctuation can be effectively reduced in the wide frequency range when a absorber we present is connected to the simulated hydraulic brake system,therefore the unacceptable vibration that driver feels through steering wheel,brake pedal and seat track will be suppressed.It is very important for the vibration effective reduction to optimize the stiffness characteristics of the absorber.$$$$
