Along with the Jilin province urbanization and agricultural modernization, as financial institutions to support rural development, rural credit cooperatives of Jilin face the opportunities and challenges. This paper from four aspects of deepening reform, transition, management and upgrading the quality and efficiency discussed the necessity and ways to promote the transformation of rural letter development.
